Warts, Moles, Skin Tags & Other Skin Growths

Skin growths can be minor or a sign of something serious. You’re born with some, such as freckles, moles and birthmarks. Others, like warts and skin tags, develop due to infections, friction or other causes. A mole biopsy can determine if mole changes are serious. Changes in size or color and bleeding may be warning signs of skin cancer. Other skin conditions, like lipoma and seborrheic keratosis, are usually not serious and can be removed if necessary.
