Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic disease of the central nervous system. MS is difficult to diagnose, with most MS patients diagnosed between 20 and 50 years of age. MS symptoms vary, but early multiple sclerosis symptoms often include tingling and loss of balance. Later symptoms of MS may include paralysis, weakness or impaired vision. There is no cure, but MS treatment includes drugs and physical therapy that can help slow the disease.
