Incontinence & Overactive Bladder (OAB)

Overactive Bladder Definition by Healthwise:
Overactive bladder is a condition involving sudden and frequent urges to urinate. It can be accompanied by one of more forms of urinary incontinence (the inability to control urination). Overactive bladder symptoms can vary greatly. Some people feel like they always need to urinate, even after they just did. In others, the urgent need to urinate strikes without warning leaving little time to get to facilities. OAB is a common problem, especially in women. But it often goes untreated because it is embarrassing to talk about or people assume it comes with age. But OAB is NOT a normal part of aging and treatments are available.
