Endolymph Definition by Healthwise:

Endolymph

Endolymph is a fluid that normally fills and drains from the inner ear and helps a person maintain a sense of balance.

If endolymph builds up in the inner ear, a person may experience a spinning sensation or dizziness (vertigo), a roaring or buzzing in the ear (tinnitus), or a feeling of pressure or fullness in the ear. Eventually, this may lead to hearing loss.
