There are various kinds of headaches—including migraine headaches, sinus headaches, cluster headaches, rebound headaches and tension headaches. Causes can vary, but may include stress, pressure, eating certain foods, sinus inflammation or too little sleep. Headache treatment depends on the type of headache, but usually involves medication.
