Stay Healthy by Washing Your Hands
Washing your hands often is one of the best ways to keep from getting sick.
Your hands pick up germs all day long, from shaking hands and touching doorknobs, phones and keyboards—anything a sick person touched. Then, all it takes to infect yourself is a mindless scratch of your nose, or rub to your eyes or mouth. And, of course, you can also spread whatever you have on your hands to other people. The good news is that a regular hand washing habit can stop this relay race of germs in its tracks.
